With this information in hand, you can configure Thunderbird for IMAP by following these steps:
- Open Thunderbird and go to the Accounts settings.
- Click on the Add Account button.
- Select the Email account and click Next.
- Enter your name, email address, and password.
- For the Incoming Server, select IMAP and enter the server address and port number.
- Select the SSL setting for the IMAP server.
- Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
- Enter the SMTP server address and port number.
- Select the SSL setting for the SMTP server.
- Click Next and then Finish.
Your IMAP account should now be configured and ready to use in Thunderbird.
