What is Rackspace Mail Service?

- For login, first, you have to visit https://login.rackspace.com/
- Then, you will be asked for your username & password to login into your Rackspace account.
- After entering the username & password, you have to click on the “Log In” button.
- After clicking on the button, it will automatically redirect you to the dashboard of Rackspace mail.
- First, you have to go to rackspace.com; enter all the information asked in the form to complete registration.
- After filling the form correctly, read and tick out the terms and conditions of Rackspace.
Then, click on create my account button to proceed.

What to do if Server Connection Failed
The mail server is a critical part of the Internet. It is used to transfer data between users and businesses. When one of these servers becomes unavailable, there may be problems with delivering emails and other documents sent to customers or employees.
If your email server connection fails, you need to investigate what happened to fix it. You may also want to test your servers’ health using a web-based tool like Pingdom or WebPageTest. The mail server connection failed, and you cannot send the email. You need to do something about it. You can try to restart the mail server or use a different SMTP server.

How to synchronize into iPhone/Android/iPad/Computer
- When you are on the Home screen on your iPhone, Click Settings.
- Click Contacts, Mail Calendars, Contacts.
- Create an account by clicking Add Account.
- Enter a Mail account.
- Enter the following data Name–Enter your first and last names. …
- Click Save.
- Click on the System Settings.
- Click Accounts and then Sync
- Click Add.
- Click to select Exchange ActiveSync **(Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync** on specific devices).
- Input your password and email addresses, then choose Manual Setup.
- On the next page, add in the rest of the necessary information:
- Email address: your email address (for example, [email protected])
- Server Address: mex06.emailsrvr.com
- Domain: (Leave this blank)
- Username: your email address again.
- Some devices may have the settings as domain\username. The field should have a “\” on those Devices before your email address. (for example, [email protected])
- Select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection.
- Then, select the services you want to connect to the Exchange server and then select the date and time for Sync. Select Next.
- Create a descriptive name, and Click Finish Setting Up.
- Swipe towards the screen’s upper-right corner to show your Charms menu.
- Click “Search,” and then enter “Mail” in the Search box, and follow with “Settings” to load the Settings prompt.
- Click “Mail” to load the Mail prompt, follow it with “Add” to launch the Add Account window.
- Create an identifier unique to the account you have created with the Rackspace mail account into the appropriate field, click “Next“, and select “Manual setup or additional server types.”
- Click “IMAP” and then click “Next.”
- Input your first and last names within your Full Name field. The name is what users will get when they receive emails from this account.
- Input your email address into the Email Address field. It must match the Rackspace email address with which you would like Outlook to connect.
- Type in “imap.emailsrvr.com” without quotation marks in the Incoming Mail Server field.
- Type in “smtp.emailsrvr.com” without quotation marks in the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) field.
- Select “Next” to test your account’s settings; after that, hit “Close” to finish syncing Outlook with your Rackspace account.
How to do Reset/Recovery of Password
- If you are on the Rackspace Webmail login page Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the verification code provided by your SMS message or the authentication app.
- Confirm and type in your new password, then select Reset Password.
